Devolve o segredo usado para assinar as entregas de webhook da conta — o mesmo valor
para todos os webhooks configurados. Use-o para verificar o header webhook-signature
com uma biblioteca do padrão Standard Webhooks.
O segredo pode ser consultado quantas vezes for preciso; não é revelado uma única vez.
Durante uma janela de rotação, previousSecretExpiresAt informa até quando o segredo
anterior continua sendo aceito.
createdAt e previousSecretExpiresAt são os únicos campos desta API em UTC, com
offset explícito no JSON (ex.: 2026-08-17T15:11:50+00:00) — o resto da API usa hora
local de São Paulo. Não confunda um com o outro ao calcular a janela de sobreposição.
