Registra a manifestação do tomador sobre a nota no ambiente nacional (SEFIN Nacional). O padrão nacional aceita apenas Confirmação ou Rejeição. A resposta é imediata: se o ambiente nacional recusar, a requisição retorna erro com o motivo e nada é gravado.
A Rejeição exige um reasonCode válido (ver GetNotas.Domain.InboundInvoices.ServiceRejectionReason).
A justificativa, quando informada, precisa ter entre 15 e 255 caracteres. A Confirmação
não aceita motivo nem justificativa. Diferente da NF-e, a manifestação da NFS-e é
definitiva: não é possível manifestar de novo sobre a mesma nota.

- rejected: Rejeição da operação pelo tomador do serviço. Exige um motivo (ver

- duplicate: Nota fiscal duplicada.
- alreadyIssuedByTaker: Nota já emitida pelo tomador.
- noTriggeringEvent: Serviço sem fato gerador.
- taxLiabilityError: Erro na responsabilidade tributária.
- valueServiceOrDateError: Erro no valor, no serviço prestado ou na data.
- other: Outros motivos.
